Reproducing our Artwork
All Low Tide Aliens artwork and writings are protected images both national and international copyright laws, including The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We kindly ask that you respect the intention of these laws and please support our vision. You can support us by Subscribing, get Mementos, purchase individual pieces, including videos and live experiences.

For educational purposes as part of a Workshop or Your Lecture:
Under the following conditions and for no additional fee, you may include our images in your workshop or lecture:
As part of a still image within your power point presentation (EXCLUDING of film or video without further permission) provided you include LTA with appropriate artistic credit on each page while the artwork is on the screen. Please note that this is ONLY for STILL images, and permission is NOT GRANTED for the art to be included in a video recorded presentation for any type of sale or for online
posting.

For media interviews, publication in magazines, books, or scholarly articles:
For any Low Tide Aliens art intended to complement an interview or article featuring or discussing the work, art or life of the Low Tide Aliens, the specific images will be shared, filed will be provided as
needed and any images, video, time-lapse photos, or animation captured for the media MUST be freely shared with LTA and freely available for our use without any compensation.
Use is not permitted on any subject other than one discussing the Low Tide Aliens art, life, or work.

Limited Use on any website:
A single image may be used on your personal web site for NON-COMMERCIAL purposes with the following stipulations:
(1) You MUST include a VISIBLE Link with the image to LowTideAliens.com
(2) The specific image MUST be no larger than 400 pixels / 3-inches in either dimension.
(3) The images may NOT be used as backgrounds.
(4) The images may NOT be customized, cropped, edited, adapted or in any way obscured or interrupted
(5) Typed wording may NOT be used over the images.
(6) Images may NOT be used on any sites deemed inappropriate by the Low Tide Aliens artists.
(7) You MAY NOT modify, adapt, color, animate, collage, or alter the images in any way.
(8) Images MAY NOT be used as a graphic design element.
Limited Use as an Avatar:
A single image may be used as your personal avatar for NON-COMMERCIAL purposes with the following stipulations:
(1) You MUST include a VISIBLE Link with the image to LowTideAliens.com
(2) Images must not exceed 200 pixels in any dimension
(3) You MAY NOT modify, adapt, color, animate, collage, or alter the images in any way.
(4) Images MAY NOT be used as a graphic design element.
Limited Use for Body Art & Tattoos:
Under the following conditions, tattoos and non-permanent body art are a free use:
(1) A subscription to Low Tide Aliens is encouraged by both the tattoo bearer and the tattoo artist replicating the original images.
(2) Provide a well-lit picture of the finished tattoo with your name – in progress pictures arealways welcomed.
(3) Link the pictures to Low Tide Aliens via social media.
Low Tide Aliens reserve the right to freely use any pictures or videos of the art as a tattoo, including using the images of any tattoo of the art in a subsequent publication.

PERMISSION FOR USE IS NOT GRANTED:
Low Tide Aliens reserves ALL rights to ALL images, video, and all other creations within the LTA universe (LTAU) unless explicitly granted through the purchase of specific NFTs or other reproductions directly from LTA, permission is NOT granted for the use, sale, or reproduction rights for the use of Low Tide Aliens art on
collaged material or other medium – including but not limited to pamphlets, brochures, business cards, or any other type of promotional material for any company, private practice, or organization.
Permission for Use is NOT granted for:
Reproduction use rights of art created by the Low Tide Aliens are reserved for direct LTA projects or projects explicitly endorsed by LTA
Reproduction rights are NOT granted for use in workbooks, technical books, self-published books or any such media, including photocopies, blotter art, party fliers, personal business promotion, includingwebsites, cards, brochures, or any other media without explicit permission from LTA.
The Low Tide Aliens do NOT allow any of their art to be copied, adapted, collaged, customized, photoshopped, incorporated in any way altered or used within another artist’s work. Please contact us
